How does an engagement start?
With a short call. From there it's usually an audit or one defined project. Most of our long-term partnerships started exactly that way.
Do you have your own team?
Yes. A core of senior engineers we've worked with for years, brought in by project. You get one accountable lead and the right specialists for the work.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, whether it's another agency's work, a stalled rebuild or an AI-built prototype. We review what's there, stabilise it, and then decide with you what to keep.
How do you price?
Projects are scoped and priced before work starts. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. You'll have a number after the first call.
Do you invest in companies?
Selectively, through revenue-share or equity, when we believe in a company and can add real value on the tech side.
Where are you based?
In Tallinn, Estonia. We work with companies across Estonia and Europe.
